27 Weeks, 30th Birthdays , and super chill Sundays

This weekend was one of those weekends that start off in CRAZY-TOWN, and finish super chill and relaxing. Saturday I threw J a big ol’ party to celebrate him turning into an old man 30. It was a great evening spent with family and a few close friends! ( And in true pregnancy brain fashion…. I forgot to take even 1 stink in’ picture!) DOH!

Aren’t they the cutest!? ( I went to the bathroom and came out to find this…)

Sunday morning was spent worshiping at church and the afternoon was made up of naps, J’s soccer game, dinner out, and TV watching.  We realized something pretty awesome today in church… Lil Beasty LOVES worship music! He was super chill in there, and when the worship team would start singing he would start dancing and kicking like a mad man! haha When the song would stop… so would he! So stinking cute!

So all in all it was a Pretty.Great.Weekend.

27 Weeks!

I’m in that stage of pregnancy  where the anxiety starts to kick in on over drive, and you find your self thinking ” Holy crap this is real life!”  I made the mistake of looking at my copy of “What to Expect When Your Expecting” this weekend and then J had to spend the next 30 minutes calming me down. That book is HORRIBLE! It’s almost worse than looking up information on the internet! ALMOST. If you’ve never had the pleasure of reading it… Just say no and walk away. It’s not to bad for the first few months, but as your pregnancy progresses they start talking about EVERY. SINGLE. THING. in the history of the world that could possibly go wrong. (Who thought that was a good idea!? Like ” let’s tell emotional pregnant ladies all the super rare things that could happen to not only them but also to their unborn child”)

So basically, just save the money. Buy a good chocolate bar and the newest Nicholas Sparks book instead. MUCH more relaxing and beneficial. ( In my “expert” opinion)
